The best equipped vacation house (180 m²) with garden, courtyard (parking place), pool (8 x 4 m) has a large apartment (120 m²) with dining room (extendable couch), Sat-TV, 1 double bedroom, 1 room (1 French bed/ 1 single bed), 1 room (extendable couch), bathroom, hair dryer, WC, winter garden (grill/ bread baking oven), 1 big eat-in kitchen with induction stove, baking oven. Dish washer, refrigerator, coffee machine, etc. There is a shower with WC in the stairs to the second floor. On the second floor (60 m²), there is a small room (bunk bed/ single bed), living room (extendable couch), Sat-TV; dining corner with kitchenette (2-plate stove, refrigerator) and loggia. Extras: table football, darts, basketball, arched cellar. There is a wonderful view. The natural, yet not isolated location is ideal for nature lovers and people looking for recreation. However, it is also a central starting point for different trips. The house is optimal for 2 families with children.

Pets are welcome. It is and ideal starting point for wonderful excursions to Ardèchetal, Valley of Ceze, Cevennen, Uzes, Lussan, Pont du Gard. A visit of the numerous market places in the neighbourhood is always worth it.
