We recommend oysters, seafood, fishes, butter and melons for a meal and a red wine (Médoc, Saint-Emilion and local wine), white wine or Rose wine (local) for drinking. Enjoy a Pineau (Aperitif of the cognac) which is very well suited with melons or a cognac. There is a restaurant awarded 2 Michelin stars in the vicinity: Richard Coutanceau in La Rochelle. You are provided with a small list of restaurants by the lake.
