Availability notes There is no fixed day for arrivals and departures. On arrival, the apartment is available at 03:00 pm and on departure, handover is at 10:00 am.
The deposit of Euro 1000 is payable on arrival and will be refunded on departure. The deposit can also be paid by cheque or in US Dollar or any exchangeable currency.
On signature of the lease contract, 50% of the leasing amount is due.

The independent studio is located on mezzanine floor and can be reached by a stairway and has a double bed (1,60 x 2,00 m) All bedrooms offer enough space to stow you clothes and skiing equipment. A separate bed for children is available.

The apartment is equipped with a washing machine and dryer. The open kitchen has 5 high stools along the bar and a dining table for 10 persons. There are 2 fireplaces and 3 TVs.
Val d'Isère is the stronghold for downhill racers, but also for ski touring and snowboard drivers. There is a stage for Freestyler and figure skating. There are all kinds of runways, green, blue, orange, red and black. The runways can be reached with different lifts. On the runways you find a big choice of bistros and restaurants with typically savoyan specialities. Nice boutiques and salon de thé invite for staying. Bourg Saint Maurice, an Olympic site, is 60 km away and is easy to reach by bus which sets off all 30 minutes. Bourg Saint Maurice is also the arrival place if you arrive by train. If the weather conditions allows, you can also arrive from the airport of Lyons or Geneva by the helicopter.
