This is a modern free standing mansion with all comfort and swimming pool, in the midst of old Olive trees. The house lies above the village of Chateauneuf Villevieille and its novel church. It looks to old castle of the IXTH century. It is 20 km from Nice. A single room with separate entrance, 2 beds, a cook corner and a shower can be specially used for € 45, - per day, in connection with the entire letting. The mansion is ideal for 4 to 6 persons (altogether 9 sleep possibilities). Parking is possible in the shade 100% surely directly at the house.
Domestic animals unfortunately do not permit. The owner lives 100 meters far away. It will look forward to prove respect to your well-being to you its hospitableness at any time and to give information when desired about the region. There is the possibility a warm meal (against fee - must be ordered on the previous day).

Chateauneuf Villevieille is a small village clinging to the slopes of Férion mountain range at 22 km north of Nice. You can visit the vast ruins of the former medieval village of Châteauneuf, which have now become overgrown with vegetation, but they are still accessible. Discover the underground passage ways, the towers with dungeons, the guard rooms, cisterns, dykes and passages which often lead to caves. This is an impressive, wild and mysterious site surrounded by magnificent landscapes. It gives off a special atmosphere which will provoke the most fertile imaginations and as the day grows to an end, frighten those of a sensible disposition. The current village of Châteauneuf Villevieille is a pleasant calm place surrounded by beautiful countryside and 300 hectares of forests where beautiful walks are possible.
