The villa is situated on a hill in a quiet residential quarter with a marvelous view on the 'Bay of Cannes' and the famous 'Croisette' of Cannes. All rooms are flooded by light and have an access to the terrace near the pool or the large balcony with the sea panorama for delightful hours of repose or chat. Attached to the large drawing room (60 m²) with fireside is an American kitchen with bar. Beside this, you will find on the first floor a separate WC. On the ground floor you will find 3 sleeping rooms, a drawing room, a bath with 2 washbasins and another separate WC. The villa is equipped with central heating and a solar system to generate warm water. Surrounding the residence is a closed garden in which the pool, two terraces and parking possibilities for several cars are offered. The residence is protected by an alarm system.

Mandelieu La Napoule lies between Cannes and Fréjus at the 'Bay of Cannes' with his famous 'Iles de Lérins'. There you can find one of the oldest Zisterzensian cloister as well has there been the ancient dungeon of the 'man with the iron mask’, the brother of Louis XIV. The town extends to the hills of the Esterel Mountains with their striking red rocks. In these rocks was once hacked the coastal street between Cannes and Fréjus, the 'Corniche d´Or'. In the place, along the coast, lies the oldest golf club of the Côte d´Azur, the 'Old Course of Cannes-Mandelieu'.

Notes to the rental rates: A deposit of € 500 has to be referred to the owner before the journey begins. 25 % of the rent has to be paid after completion of the contract, the rest of it latest 30 days before the journey begins. For cleaning you have to pay € 150 in cash at your arrival to the house keeper. The phone is cashed up after individual proof. The prices include additional costs like linen, electricity, heating and water. Cleaning products for the kitchen and the rooms have to be brought with.
On the garden floor in the small living-room, there is a second stereo system with CD-player. In the big and in the small living-room, the satellite-system allows the reception of German and English (sports-) channels and the TV in the small living-room is equipped with a video. Climatisation is only in the big and the small living-room.
Here you are in one of the oldest cultural regions of Europe. Here you can enjoy all possible cultural and sporting offers like museums of the most famous painters, concert events in every subject, cinema, theatre, restaurants of every price, rangegolf, water sports and so on. Two golf courses with 27 holes together are situated very near to the residence, about 1 km each. The one of it is rather flat, the other more in the mountains, so it is preferred for more active players. You can even go skiing at the 'Sea Alps', approximately 80 km away. And you should not forget about walking in the Provence, which immediately begins behind Mandelieu (Grasse, the capital of the perfume, is about 18 km away). You will find many scenic sights here like for example the 'Gorges du Verdon', the biggest ravine of Europe.
How to get there:
Highway Nice-Aix/Aix-Nice exit number 40 Mandelieu-Centre. You drive around the AGIP-Station direction Fréjus on the RN 7 resp. Av. de cannes. There you continue straight away to the 2nd traffic circle. Now you take the 1st exit and let the BP-Station on your left. 400 m further you will find on your right a big supermarket (Géant), after another 400m you turn to the right, just before the Hotel 'Les Bruyères', and take the Avenue St. Honorat. Follow this street upwards and at its end you will find a liitle place called Pace St. Honorat. There it is the villa on the right side.
Wthin a radius of about 25 kilometers you will find at least 10 golf courses, 2 of them are situated just before and behind the residence, so that you can reach them on foot, if you want.
