The terrace of 60 m² is south exposed and overhangs the swimming pool (10 x 4 metres). The house is located in a 5700 m² quiet park, planted with pines, oaks and olive trees, at 25 minutes from the beaches (Sainte Maxime, St Aygulf), 10 minutes from the A8 highway to the French Riviera (Cannes, Nice, Monaco) or to the Provence (Marseille, Aix).

A deposit of 500 Euro is required at arrival and refunded at departure from October to May, an additional amount of 50 euros per week for heating is charged.
