The house offers a lovely living room, dining area, open kitchen, 2 bedrooms, an additional bed on an open gallery, two bathrooms and a separate WC all decorated in the typical Provencal style. From the dining area, you have direct access to the terrace with a barbeque area and the garden which ends at the Preconil. Between the entrance and the garage there is a patio offering shade in the summer heat. To cool down you can use a large common pool.

The famous villages of Ramatuelle and Haut Grimaud as well as the beaches at the Golf of St. Tropez are all within easy reach. Sainte-Maxime itself is a charming little Provencal city with narrow alleyways and old houses offering lots of restaurants and shops.
