Residence Maryland in Gruissan, France
The house is situated in a new built Mediterranean styled complex directly at the lagoon of Gruissan. Only the pedestrian promenade separates the holiday complex from the beach of the lagoon. Because of the popular traffic free area the house is perfectly good for families with children. Two big wing-doors lead to a big sunny terrace. The terrace is southwards located and surrounded by a wall with greenery in front. On the property besides the house is a parking place for the car. On the ground floor are a spacious kitchen and living room, a separate bedroom with two beds and a lavatory. On the first floor are a big bedroom with two beds (parents), a bedroom with a bunk-bed (2 children) and a bathroom with shower-bath and toilet. Radiators are in all rooms. Dogs are allowed outside the bedrooms. The house is furnished suitably and not used by ourselves. House care is on the spot.

Gruissan is surrounded from water and beaches situated at the nature reserve of La Clape. The beaches have their own characters and invite for swimming, windsurfing and even for walking. Gruissan has the typical Mediterranean flora and fauna and many interesting discoveries. In the near massif of La Clape lovers of hiking and biking can have experience of the nature. Gruissan is ideal as start-up point for excursions.
