This luxury apartment is for 4 persons. It was built in 2005 and is located only three quarters of a mile (1 kilometre) walk or cycle along River Avon towpath, by road or through Victoria Park to city centre. There are frequent buses. The floor area is 88 square metres and it is located on the second floor. The large bright south facing living room with kitchen, dining area and balcony overlook the river. There are 2 bedrooms which overlook the courtyard: one with king size (5') bed and en suite shower room / WC and another one with twin beds. The bathroom has shower bath and WC. There is a communal garden, cycle store, garage (for small or medium car) and electric gates to the development. The apartment is fully equipped with central heating, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, TV and DVD.

The apartment is situated in the city of Bath, Somerset in the West Country. The city lies in a valley surrounded by hills, a stunning location. The entire city centre has been designated a 'World Heritage City' and almost all the buildings in the elegant city centre are original Georgian or built in the Georgian style in the local honey-coloured stone. The apartment has a balcony overlooking the river and is within easy walking distance of the city centre. Buses between Bath and Bristol pass within 100 metres of the apartment. A full range of local shops at Chelsea Road is within 250 metres and Victoria Park ,also within 250 metres offers something for all ages - a huge children's playground, a Botanical garden, mini golf, Pitch and Put golf and tennis. All furniture is modern and new. A high chair and travel cot are available. The garage is large enough for a small or medium sized car.
Why come to Bath?This beautiful city full of architectural interest is in a stunning location. It is small enough to see on foot whilst having a lot to interest people of all ages. Some highlights are the impressive Roman Baths, The Museum of Costume, the American Museum, The Abbey, The Jane Austen Centre, The Assembly Rooms and The Pump Rooms where you may take tea in elegant surroundings. Many visitors love Bath for its shops and restaurants alone. The programme in our Theatre Royal changes weekly and we often host plays prior to their opening in the West End. The Mayor's Guides will show you Bath at no cost or you may take a tour bus. Our fantastic new Spa centre is now open. Here you can bathe in the warm natural spring waters. Our Christmas market is very popular.
Excursions from BathMany of our visitors use Bath as a base to visit the area. Due to the excellent rail links you may easily take a day trip to London, Oxford or to Weymouth on the South coast. Many of our visitors have also chosen to visit Longleat with its many attractions, the village of Lacock, Stonehenge, Cheddar, Glastonbury, and of course Bristol.
