Disabled-friendly cottage with 128 square meters of living space, decorated for the discerning tenants. The house was built in 2005. There is a living room with wood stove, satellite TV and stereo, a bathroom with Jacuzzi, shower, washing machine and dryer, an extra bathroom with toilet, kitchen with coffee maker, fridge with freezer, freezer, dishwasher, oven, extractor hood and microwave, two bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with 2 single beds. In the outdoor area is a beautiful terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. In addition there: cot and baby chair and 2 set of golf clubs with trolley.

The newly built cottage is located in the cottage area Marina Minde near Rendbjerg/Gråsten. The house is situated on the outskirts of built-up area so that you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Flensburg Fjord. There are only 100 metres from the marina, where you can rent boats and where it is a playground. Also there are only 6 km to the golf course Benniksgård, 14 km to the Danish-German border, 30 km to the science park experience Danfoss Universe and about 30 km to summerland Syd. The next shopping opportunity is only 2 km away, a restaurant only 50 m. A small sandy beach is only 25 metres from the house.
