The house was built in 1932 and renovated in 2000. The living room is equipped with TV and dining table. The bathroom is with shower and washing machine. In the kitchen there is a coffee maker, fridge with freezer, freezer, oven, extractor hood and a dining table. One of the two bedrooms is with double bed, the other with sofa bed. Furthermore there are 2 beautiful outdoor terraces with garden furniture and barbecue. Moreover available: a children's chair and cot.

The house is located in a quiet cottage area in Middelfart, in the north of the island of Fyn. From the garden of the holiday house you can directly reach the beach in 10 metres, which is suitable for swimming and fishing. Moreover, there is a nature reserve in the immediate vicinity of the house, where many bird species observed. The area also offers a variety of recreational opportunities - just 500 metres from the house there is a swimming pool. Furthermore you can find 2 supermarkets, butchers and bakers, 1 km away.
