We have owned Villa Maria since 1998. It has been completely renovated. Our living room accommodates 20 people and it has a fireplace, a small kitchen, as well as Sat-TV and stereo system. All the rooms are equipped with satellite TV and offer a wonderful panorama. Moreover, there is a built-in kitchen with all the necessary gadgets and a further breakfast room. 2 rooms with 3 beds, 5 double rooms and 1 single room accommodate 17 people. It is ideal for family and group vacation. Our house is located directly on the ski slope and by the hiking trail. There is a big Wellness Center in the close neighbourhood. If you come to Pec pod Snezkou to relax or enjoy an active vacation, our offer is the right thing for you. It is a good starting point for you to discover the National Park Krkonose/ The Giant Mountains.

Our house is located directly on the ski slope and by the hiking trail to Schneekoppe. You have a wonderful panoramic view from all the rooms. The church Wang is ca. 25 km away, the Addersbacher Cliff ca. 35 km, Johannisbad ca. 18 km, and the lift to the Schneekoppe ca. 3 km. The entire region is a Nature Reserve and it has a network of good hiking trails. There is a bathing lake, 3 km from the Villa Maria, in Alberice. If you hike for 3 hours, you can reach Hochmoor on Schwarzenberg (unique in Europe). There is a newly opened Wellness Center with big swimming pool, in close vicinity.

A new wellness center is only 5 km away. Since December 2006, there is a Wellness Center with sauna, fitness and whirlpool with view upon the ski slope within 300 m.

This year, the new summer toboggan run was opened. There are many mountain bike tracks.
Our house is located directly on the ski slope, and it is illuminated and suitable for night skiing. There are 4 ski slopes, and different ski-runs. A snow making machine functions even during the winter. Pec pod Snezkou is one of the 3 resorts in the Czech Giant Mountains. This is a dream-like landscape especially for skiers and winter sports lovers. Thanks to the altitude and to the climate, Pec pod Snezkou has snow 6 months a year. Pec pod Snezkou offers a lot of activities even in the summer. In this part of the Giant Mountains, you will find a lot of hiking trails, which is very much appreciated by the tourists who love hiking and biking. Pec pod Snezkou is the ideal starting point for excursions to Schneekoppe, the highest mountain of the Czech Republic (you can reach the top of the mountain by cable car, directly from Pec).
