The villa is located above the city of Ayia Marina, 800m from the sea in a completely quiet location together with 5 more villas that are more than 100m away. A small street leads directly into the Paphos forest – here you can take a stunning exploration tours. Ayia Marina is a long, stretched out coastal city with small supermarkets, bakeries, etc. 5 km away is the picturesque city of Pomos with a small fishing harbor and beach with chairs, especially good for snorkelling. 2 km away in the direction of Polis are expansive beaches with a mixture of sand and pebbles. Further along you will find different beach taverns and freshwater showers. The cities of Polis and Latchi, with their water sport centers, are only an 8 minute drive away.
