This luxury 3 storey villa is situated on the coast. It has a swimming pool, 3 bedrooms and one attic. There is air-conditioning, heating and also a satellite television.Heated pool optional for cooler months.On the ground floor there is a sitting room, dining room with beautifully built centre-piece fire-place, overlooking vanishing edge swimming pool and sea, it all faces west, fantastic sun-set view. There is a fully equipped kitchen, including washing machine and dishwasher. The bedroom has a double bed, W/C, shower and washbasin. The terrace has teak sunbeds surrounding the swimming pool. On the 1st floor is a master bedroom, double bed with ensuite bathroom (jacuzzi) overlooking the sea. A bedroom with 2 single beds, ensuite bathroom which overlooks the sea. Both have access to large veranda. In the attic is a sea view study room with sofa bed. The terrace offers area suitable for mobile barbecue for those evenings when you want to enjoy the best sunset in Cyprus from your villa.

Notes to the rental rates: Rates are for 1-6 people. Maximum occupancy is 8 people with an additional charge of 25euros/person/day. Rates include one cleaning-bed sheet, towel change once a week. Air-condition units are charged 5euros /day / unit. Heated pool optional at 60euros / day. Daily cleaning service is available upon request. Check our contract form.
30% deposit required upon accepted reservation. Additional 70% due upon arrival. In case of full payment 3 months before arrival a 3% discount will be made. No cancellations after deposits received. Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
The villa has its own beach (rocky). There is access to paradise beach (2 minute walk) which is a sand/shingle/pebble beach (Children under 9 years old should be accompanied by an adult.).Heated pool is now available with the additional cost of €60 per day, min. 3 days. (If you need this service pls give us a notice of 3 days prior arrival) Stereo system with MP3 player. All bedrooms with electric heaters (optional).
Larnaka airport is approximately 2 hours away. Own beach (rocky. distance to sand beach is app. 2 min walk (access road is not recommendable for children under 9 if they are not accompanied by an adult).
