The apartment is in a nice small residential block on a quiet road within short walking distance to the beach with sea views. It's an excellent location being within short walking distance to all shops & amenities, there are some wonderful cafes nearby with the main tourist area about 20 minutes walk. The apartment is actually in between the old port with its quaint old shops & the night life. The zoo & geological gardens are not very far either, so it is easy to walk up the road and relax with a good book or watch the children play on the swings. In the evening you can walk to the promenade with its beautiful palm trees and gardens or take the romantic sea path which stretches from the pier by the old port all along the beach hotels and gardens to the other edge of Limassol. If you want to pamper yourself, there are some wonderful hotels in Limassol where you can go and spend the day using the facilities for very little outlay.

Limassol is a busy town by the sea. Cyprus has sun 11 months of the year so summer and winter visitors are always welcome. Our apartment is just a few minutes walk from the sea, very near the main Limassol roundabout. There are many shops and cafes within walking distance, including a large department store on the sea front which has everything you are likely to need, including a lovely cafeteria overlooking the sea. Despite this hustle and bustle the location of our apartment, in a quiet residential area are indicative of how the Cypriot passes his time. Visitors who stay there will experience how the Cypriot enjoys the town.
The beach is just a short stroll from the apartment, about 200 meters. There is a lovely promenade which goes from old Port of Limassol for miles to the end of the town by all the hotels and very popular of an evening. It’s a great place to find locals and visitors alike. If you know Limassol we're between the Holiday Inn and the Municipal gardes.

Notes to the rental rates: Prices quoted are for 2 persons, extra persons are charged 10 EURO per day per extra person. air condition is charged at euro 5 for the apartment per day but three is a special price for air condition for the whole apartment. There are air conditions in each bedroom and one air condition in the lounge. The apartment is very airy and do not need air condition. We offer special rates for longer rental periods, please ask. For example November to March have extra special prices.
Policies: Twenty percent deposit required in order to confirm reservation. No refund on deposit. 50 % on due amount will be taken if this booking is cancelled 7 days before booking date or there is a no show. It may be possible in some cases to transfer some of this amount to a later holiday; this is at the discretion of management. For a stay of one or two nights there will be a surcharge. A stay of one night is not always possible especially during peak holiday season and will only be allowed under special circumstances. Just make a request and we will see if we can accommodate you. We would appreciate if you could also include your flight information or if not available expected time of arrival since we have to arrange for someone to meet you at the house on your arrival! If you do not have this information at time of making this reservation, please make sure to let us know as soon as you do.
Ever wondered what it would be like to live in a town by the sea, in a place like Cyprus which has sun 11 months of the year, you can enjoy the sea in summer or winter. Most Cypriots only swim in August. In fact 15th August is a national holiday and everyone takes their holiday around that time with most shops and business being closed for a few days at least. It is possible however to go swimming in the sea for quite a few months, starting from May to November but some people will even brave the other months. Even if you don't get to swim you can lie in the sun and watch the children making sand castles. Being in town means that you will have no problem amusing the children, we have lots going on and the water parks are a lovely idea! There is also crazy golf and bowling, the zoo and if you have teenagers you will not have to worry about amusing them. Cyprus is pretty safe and there are some really good discos in Limassol.
Dining in town
Well, food in Cyprus is a priority! Cypriots love their food believe me and you will have a big variety to choose from. Enjoy a meal in a typical tavern; we have some great fish taverns and meat taverns. Some sell both meat and fish Meze. The Famagusta Nautical club and the Limassol Nautical club are just down the road and you can dine on the beach, the prices are good and the food even better! Cypriots tend to dine late at night and the restaurants are open late. The Nautical club is on the beach and you will eat under the eucalyptus trees. What a wonderful romantic way to spend an evening. Most people have heard of the Kebab, well in Cyprus we have lots of Kebab places where you can eat on the premises or take away. There are also lots of places where you will find all manner of Cyprus food ready to go! There is one at the top of our road which is very popular and a very economical way to eat on holiday.

Ski at mount Olympus in the Troodos Mountains skiing resort. Approx 45 minutes drive from Limassol. December - February or March. We have some friends who have a mountain retreat in the Troodos Mountains and can give you a combination holiday if you wish to have a combination holiday.
