The apartment is suitable for 2 to 4 persons and has a star rating of 3 stars. It is on the first floor, the lounge and kitchen are in one room (size lounge, dining-room and kitchen 12.30 m², balcony: 10 m², one room is 16.40 m², the other is 17.60 m², shared yard, 1000 m²). There is heating in all rooms. The kitchen is fully furnished and well equipped, with cooker, microwave, coffee machine, fridge with freezer, pots, plates, knives, forks and spoons sufficient for the maximum number of persons. Sheets are included in the price and are changed every Saturday. Towels and tea towels are available (two towels per person, which are changed two times per week). You should bring your own beach towels. The bathroom has two washbasins, bidet, a bathing tub and toilet. Smoking is allowed in the apartment. You have a view of the green park and the quiet street. There is a summer kitchen, barbecue, outdoor shower and 6 deck chairs near the pool. Parking place is inside the yard.
Banjole is a little, quiet place in Istria, near Medulin, the northern part of the Adriatic Sea, 6 km far from Pula, the greatest city of Istria. Walking distance to nearest beach is 800 m, type of beach: rocky, pebble, larger rock fragments, distance from the town centre is 200 m, from the sea is 500 m. During your stay 7 or more days in our apartment, we organize the fish or meat barbeque on the opening, with friendly company of the owners. Every 5th coming to our apartment, we give 15 % reduction of the regular price. The master of the house offers good house wine and original Istrian brandy, improved with his inventive ideas. Possible excursions organization or special home dinner’s preparation - on request. Recommended the whole day trip by boat (60 EUR cost).
