The house is surrounded by palm trees, fig trees, and a lush greenery. In the backyard, there is a barbecue, a sunny terrace with shower and a ping-pong table. Our vacation residence has a light hillside situation, overlooking the city center. You can reach the beaches in just a few minutes on foot. You need around 10 minutes to reach the city center with its numerous shopping facilities and restaurants. On our street, or even directly in front of the house, there are free parking places for your car. During your stay, we are happy to be there for you when you need us.

Here you can find shingle beaches, well built infrastructure and a very pleasant climate with mild winters and warm, dry summers. Travel comfortably to Crikvenica: the airports Rijeka/ Krk have several airlines in their fixed schedule. From Germany you can conveniently fly with HLX. The airline offers flights from Hanover, Cologne/Bonn, Munich, Leipzig and Stuttgart to the airports Rijeka/ Krk. From England and Belgium you can fly with Easyjet. From the airport you can reach our house within 20 minutes by taxi or by using a rental car.
Availability notes Dear guests, according to our experience, the roads are very busy, especially in the main season and during the holidays, as well as during the school breaks. We suggest you to arrive on Wednesday for the apartment 1A, so that you can have a more comfortable and shorter journey.

The prices exclude the visitor tax and the registration fee: adults will pay € 1,00 per person and per day. Children older than 12 will pay € 0,50 per person and per day. Pets are allowed on request, and will be charged € 5,00 per day. The usage of the washing machine is possible on request. A wash is charged € 3,00 (including the washing agents). Children up to the age of 2 can stay with their parents for free. If you book by December, 31st for the year to come, you will have ensured your vacation accommodation, and you will get an early booking discount of 3% off the accommodation costs.
Our regular guests can benefit from our bonus system, starting with their second booking, namely they can get a 5% discount off the accommodation costs. If you were our guests and you recommended us to someone else, we will compensate you: you will get a 5% from the accommodation costs of the new guests, as soon as they paid their entire bill. This can be applied to your next booking, or you can receive the money per bank transfer. The minimum booking during the high season is 7 nights. The minimum booking outside the high season is 3 nights. An extra charge of 30% off the respective season rate will be applied to any booking less thank 3 nights. Dear guests and prospective guests, please take into account that, for organisational and legal reasons, only the in advance registered people are allowed to come and stay overnight in the booked accommodation. Guest greeting and/or raise of the number of guests is possible only on previous agreement and according to the availability.

Your apartment offers 3 separate bedrooms. Room 1 and 2 have a double bed with latex mattress each, as well as an built-in closet, iron, make-up table with a big mirror, night tables with lamps, and radio alarm clock. In the room 3, there is a bunk bed for 2 people (suitable for adults as well), with latex mattresses, a large built-in closet, an iron, a desk/make-up table with a chair, and satellite TV. All the bedrooms have a light, laminate floor and their furniture has a pleasant hue. All the rooms have their own balcony, with doors that have sun protection on the outside. The pastel coloured linen which are at your disposal suit very well the entire decoration. In the apartment you will find beddings suitable for different seasons: terry cloth covers, light comforters and ergonomic pillows.
There are two bathrooms in the apartment. 1 large bathroom with shower/tub, toilet. 1 small bathroom with shower, toilet. Both bathrooms are tiled in a light colour and equipped with modern sanitary facilities. In the large bathroom there is also a make-up cupboard for your personal belongings, as well as a shelf for storing. Both bathrooms include mirrors respective mirror cabinets.

On your main balcony with a wonderful sea view, you will find top-quality balcony furniture with mattreses, 2 sunloungers, a big sun shade and sunbathing towels for the sunlounger. Linen change, as well as vacuum cleaning of the apartment takes place weekly. Hand and sunbathing towels are changed twice a week. The apartment will also be checked daily and small details (dish towels, toilet paper, soap, etc) can be changed or filled up on request. The final cleaning of the apartment is included in the rental rate. Our house is a family friendly accommodation for non-smokers. Smoking is not allowed in the vacation apartments and in the rooms.
Crikvenica is one of the oldest resorts on the Mediterranean Sea. It is very attractive thanks to its mild climate and its luxuriant, forever green flora. The Mediterranean vegetation, the fresh air, without harmful allergy provoking substances, the clean sea and the beaches make Crikvenica a well known place, which offers a pleasant vacation for all ages, for the whole year round. The Crikvenica Riviera stretches from Jadranovo in the North, up to Selce in the South, and it is connected to a lively beach promenade. Many cultural events and entertainment programs make Crikvenica a suitable vacation destination even for people who look for entertainment. There is something to meet the expectations of each guest: walks along the sea, mountain climbing in the neighbourhood, different sport activities for water and land, fishers’ festivals and masked balls, dancing and coffee bars, night clubs, classical concerts, painting exhibits, excursions by boat or by bus.
Our recommendation for a trip: the Brijuni Island
The National Park Brijuni consists of 14 charming green islands, dived in the blue sea and of the western coast of Istria, not far away from Pula. The entire surface, including the surrounding waters is of 36 km². In the National Park you will find a unique harmony between flora and fauna. The archipelago is characterized through its valuable cultural heritage from the Roman and Byzantine Times. Thanks to their unique beauty, the islands have been a favoured relaxation resort for more than 100 years. Even state officials and aristocrats come to the islands. One of the oldest golf courses in Europe is wonderfully integrated in the natural landscape of the island. The organized guided tour, including the visit of the Safari Park and the ride with the tourist train takes ca. 3,5 hours. We encourage you to take the tour. On request, you can spend the whole day on the island and explore it by yourself.
Places of Interest: Plitvizer Seen National Park
Plitvizer Seen is the most famous Croatian National Park. Thanks to its unique history and beauty Plitvicer Seen was registered on the UNESCO list of the World Natural Heritage. The main attraction is this wonderful park consists in the 16 lakes, the numerous streams and rivers. The lakes that were formed through the deposition of a calcareous stone are connected to wild water falls and cascades, and they built a fantastic landscape. The park includes the headwaters of the river Korana and it is surrounded by the gorgeous thick woods. Apart from lakes and woods, there are also many caves and springs and flower meadows. You can discover Plitvicer by following the good network of paths and hiking trails, or by boat and by the panoramic vehicle. Your visit here will be an unforgettable event.
