Availability notes For welcoming you at the location we ask you to let us know your time of arrival 2 – 3 days in advance via telephone. Please note that we let the house at high season starting from a stay of one week. In all other seasons a rent of 3 days and more is possible. For a weekend from arrival Friday from 3 p.m. – departure Sunday up to 5 p.m. we charge the price of 3 days!

Notes to the rental rates: All prices refer to the house with a maximum occupancy of 8 people, including linen, final cleaning,garage and many free services. Electricity costs referring to consumption, 1 pet is included in the price, each additional is an 5 € a day. The gratuitous services include the accoutrement with: bedclothes, towels of any kind, table cloth, candles, servicing, coffee filters, fire place ignitions, kitchen rolls, cleaning agent and dish liquid, trash bags, toilet paper. Also the price includes fresh linen weekly at a stay of 14 days or more. There is the possibility of a cleaning in between that time by our cleaning service for a surcharge.
Deposit money 350 €. The caution money will be recharged to your account, if not claimed, after our efficient final cleaning! Additional charges and caution money are to be paid at the location with cash or Creditcard. We exept EC-Card / Maestro / Visa / Mastervard! We rent at a minimum of 3 days beyond high season! During high season at a minimum of 1 week! We offer a reduction on the main renting price for 2 weeks: 5%, for 3 weeks 10%, for 4 weeks 15%!
In the saving and low season we also have a prospect-offer, as well as our special-offers for 2 people at exceptional prices. Information on times and prices on demand! Prospect-offer: 20.09. - 27.09.2008 / 635.- € for a maximum of 8 people, only 2 people 445.- € per week plus additional costs.
We would like to spoil you and offer you a comfy holiday domicile, arranged with a lot of love for detail in a high-standard cottage style! In the lower storey a living room with open fireplace, leather upholstered furniture and access to the terrace with garden are located. The kitchen with integrated dining area, 1 bedroom with a romantic canopy bed and a bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet are to your disposal! The upper storey features a bedroom with balcony, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 bunk bed, as well as a bathroom with shower and toilet A crib and a highchair for children are offered on demand without extra costs.
Our privately administrated cottage offers high comfort, sociability and quality. The cultivated garden complex (10.000 m²) offers generosity with eco-grill and our wooden chalet “Plauderstübchen” (“chitchat-snuggery”), as well as our garden pavilions – room for relaxing or chitchatting with friends. You will find dreamy nature, far away from mass tourism, a holiday paradise for individualists and bon vivants for feeling at ease. Hospitable hosts kindly welcome you. You can optimally make holidays here, e.g. enjoy 14 days of feel good holidays from 13.09. to 27.09.2008 at a maximum of 8 people 1480.- € including finish cleaning, linen, garage and many free services, plus additional costs.
