The “Burahus” is 114 m² luxurious vacation apartment, located in a recently built building, approximately 300 m away from the main house. It consists in 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed. One of them is equipped with a whirlpool, WC and steam shower, the other with shower and WC. You will also find a fully equipped kitchen, a tiled stove, a winter garden, 2 single beds in the gallery (2d floor, partly open to lower area), a guest’s toilet, 2 south oriented balconies, a TV, Hifi, DVD player, telephone and 2 safes. Daily room service is included. There are 2 parking spaces in front of the house. The use of the sauna in the main house “Felsenhof” is possible and on request meals are delivered into the apartment (extra charge). Sheets are changed once a week or rather on one’s personal needs. Towels are changed daily. Pets are not allowed.

Lech am Arlberg is a village on 1450 m above sea level, which assures snow during the winter month and is a secret tip for hiker during the summer. The town’s heart is very beautiful. A car is not needed. The use of the well functioned 85 bus lines are free of charges and comprehensively connected to each other. You will find all the commodities and a very good gastronomy to fully enjoy your holidays.

Notes to the rental rates: The daily cleaning of the apartment, where 20 minutes are set for the kitchen, is included in the price. Should the cleaning service exceed such time, we charge 5 € every started turn of 15 minutes. In case of the use of only one bedroom (with double bed), the price is reduced considerably – please ask for details!
Damages have to be paid on site at departure. Maximum acceptable number of persons is 6.
Pets are not accepted. Bred, milk, or other food deliveries are possible (with extra charge).
Example: delivered breakfast: € 12 per person/day, delivered diner: € 26 per person/day, pastries: € 0.50 – 1 per unit or rather after expenditure.
Upon request, we also offer the following services: bred rolls at ones personal choice are delivered daily right onto your front door – or we deliver a complete breakfast or diner menu according to our hotels´ menu in transport packet into the apartment. Variations of the combinations are possible, even on a case-by-case basis.
