The villa is in the centre of Annaberg in a wonderful smooth location. You need about 7 minutes by feed to the ski lift (ski region Dachstein West). It is an optimal place for starting skiing, mountain biking, Nordic skiing, walking. Some Restaurants are also nearby (you need no car). An own garage for one car.

Completely new renovated and furnished in December 2005. A new bathroom with shower and toilet is available. The living room included a sofa with the possibility to make a bed for two to three people. There is an own door to the terrace and the garden. Cable TV and a CD-player are in it. The kitchen includes a dish washer an there can sit up to 8 person. In the upper floor is a double room with a possibility to wash and a separate toilet. For football fans – World Cup Summer 2006 - cable link. New: A Finish Sauna in the garden.
