The vacation rental -The Berghof is in a unique position on the sunny side of the valley, pastures there are about 3 km to the nearest ski lift Grossarltal and provides space for about 20people in twin beds, beds, sleepingsofa and mattress camp. Thanks to the good public road cleared, it can be up to the house with the car. The house is heated with oil heating and 2 wood stoves. The house has about 250 m², divided into cellar with ski room, 2 double rooms and washingroom with washing machine. Ground floor: the entrance area of the stairs, kitchen with sittingcorner for 8 people, diningroom with place for 12 people, Sat TV; Triple room, a shower and a bath.

Special features: the cottage Berghof is a cozy rustic flair by hunters facility in style. The furnitures are very rustical and in a hunterstyle, there are also stuffed life-size animals for decoration.
Smoking is only allowed in the living room and kitchen. Heating and hot water by oil heating.
Family-friendly, dogs allowed, outdoor areas: space for about 5 cars, balcony, garden, barbecue.
Bed linen and towels can be rented on request.
