Our cosy and comfortable holiday apartment of 100 m² lies on the second floor of a well-kept apartment building located in a prime location of Kaprun. The apartment comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room, separate kitchen and 2 large balconies from where you have a wonderful view over the surrounding mountain ranges. The centre of Kaprun lies 400 metres from our apartment. The nearest ski lift (for children) is just around the corner of the apartment. The extensive ski area of Europa Sportregion (Kaprun/Zell am See) has 56 lifts and 130 km of slopes. In summer you can enjoy the wonderful walking trails in one of the most beautiful mountain ranges of the European Alps. The glacier of Kaprun is open all year round. In Kaprun your summer and winter holiday become a dream.
