The apartment is located between the western part of the Neusiedlersee and the mountains Leitha, in a natural park. You can reach the center of the community, with its various shopping facilities in only 5 minutes. You can get to the open-air swimming pool, tennis ground and to the north walking park in 10 minutes. You have direct access to the hiking paths (even to the central Alpine hiking path 902). To the lake bathing shore Breitenbrunn there are 10 km. This is an ideal starting point for trips to Vienna, which is located 45 km away.
