The newly renovated, sunny and tranquil house with a large garden and sunbathing area lies on a hill, away from the streets and the traffic. You can enjoy a marvellous view of the surrounding mountains and the Leutasch valley from the house. Our house is located at the entrance to the Alpine paradise of Gais valley, You can undertake your hiking, mountaineering or mountain bike tours directly from the house. You do not need to use your car. In winter you can enjoy skiing, tobogganing, ice skating and winter hiking in one of the best cross country skiing regions of the Alps. We have more than 260 km of slopes for cross-country skiing and skating. Our holiday home boasts 2 bedrooms with shower/WC, well-equipped eat-in kitchen and a cozy lounge with SAT-TV and radio. The apartment with its private garden and sunbathing area is located on the ground floor. The apartment can also be divided and rented for 2 persons!

The Olympiaregion Seefeld is one of the largest cross-country skiing regions of the Alps boasting approx. 260 km of cross-country skiing slopes and skating slopes. Furthermore, you can practice all types of sports, e.g. skiing, tobogganing, ice skating, ski touring etc. in winter and hiking, mountain biking in all levels of difficulties, Nordic walking, running, riding, golf etc. in summer.
